I charge up front, after the project and it's details are finalized.
Any adittions added once the details are finalized, is charged as a fee and is due by the end of the commission process!
The fee must be paid off before the finished piece can be sent to the client!

Terms of Service
• By purchasing from me and my services, you agree to my Terms of Service.• I will always send you a message comirming that your submission has been accepted, and wait for a response before i send an invoice to your Paypal account. During this time the commissioner can decide if they wish to cancel their commission request or continue with the process. Both the commissioner and the artist, have the right to cancel the commission at any time for any reason before payment is sent.• I take payments up-front.• I have the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable doing.• I will not draw anything against the law, or disrepectful towards any individual or groups of people. If the content is in bad taste, expect to be turned away.• I will not sell to minors. You must be 18 years or older to order a commission. I may ask for some kind of proof to verify your age, if necessary. This only applies to work in exchange for real currency and not any forms of in game currency.• Clients have right to repost, print, edit, and use their commissioned material for personal items and/or personal use. You may post the finished work to any social networking website, including personal galleries only if credit is given (e.g.: my signature is legible and intact, or a hyperlink to my twitter accompanies the artwork.) However, if credit is not propertly given I reserve the right to have the artwork removed.► Refunds are only available If the Commission has taken over a month to finish (excluding comics), the commissioner can request a refund, they will recieve any content that the artist has completed up to that time in its most complete form. The completed form of the work will be deducted from the amount they are refunded to compensate the artist's time spent on the project.• I retain all intellectual rights to the work I create, you may not claim my work as your own.• The commissioner must have an accurate visually discriptive reference or accurate images of the character for the commission, unless they are commissioning a ref sheet. For the best results on a commission, some artistic freedom is required. The more restricted the description, the harder it might be to work with.• I may charge additional fees for changes and edits on a finished artwork. If the change is drastic, results in significant lost time, effort, or reworking of the image, I may refuse the change.• I will only consider work from respectful clients.Commerical Licensing:
• If a client wishes to purchase rights for commercial use of the image(s) commissioned, they must contact me to discuss licensing fees.
